Fehonda® FHD8042 Thermal Tape

Fehonda® FHD8042 Thermal Tape is produced by applying a high-performance thermally conductive acrylic adhesive onto a polyimide carrier film. With its 0.20 mm thickness and low thermal impedance, it effectively fills micro-gaps to enhance heat transfer between components and heat sinks. Featuring a dielectric strength of 6.5 kV AC and high volume resistivity, it ensures excellent electrical insulation. It meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards and complies with RoHS environmental regulations. Thanks to its strong adhesion, there is no need for mechanical fixtures or screws. Ideal for lightweight components such as SSDs, RAM modules, small chips, and Wi-Fi modules.
