Fehonda® FDI-1030 is a 0.30 mm, glass-fiber-based insulator that fills gaps, transfers heat to the heatsink, and provides electrical insulation. Maintains good contact even at low mounting pressure. UL94 V-0, −40 to +200 °C, 1.0 W/m·K.

Product Description
Fehonda® FDI-1030 is a thin, glass-fiber-based insulator for device-to-heatsink/bracket interfaces. It conforms to uneven surfaces to close gaps, improves heat transfer, and keeps the circuit electrically isolated from the heatsink. It maintains good contact even at low mounting pressure and offers resistance to puncture, shear, and tear. Rated UL94 V-0, it operates from −40 to +200 °C with 1.0 W/m·K thermal conductivity. (Thickness 0.30 mm, Shore A 65, tensile strength 30 MPa, dielectric strength ≥3 kV/mm.)
