The Fehonda Liquid Thermal Pad series is an innovative solution that combines the high thermal performance, easy application, and flexible surface adaptability of traditional thermal pads.

This special formulation is a single-component, putty-like thermal conductive material designed to deliver excellent heat transfer in situations where the gap thickness cannot be measured or the surface is uneven.
During application, there is no need to measure thickness — the liquid compound naturally conforms to the surface and forms the optimal layer thickness automatically.

Fehonda Liquid Thermal Pads are developed to eliminate overheating issues in components such as computers, laptops, VRM modules, power converters, LED drivers, battery management systems (BMS), and high-power semiconductors.
