Product Description

Fehonda EC-60R is a single-component, flexible conductive adhesive specially designed for critical applications. Its Silicone Rubber structure and Room Temperature Curing capability make it an ideal solution for assemblies.

Electrical Conductivity and Grounding: The product features an ultra-low volume resistivity value of 0.01 Ω⋅cm (ASTM D257), achieved through its Silver/Nickel (Ag/Ni) conductive particles. This characteristic provides the lowest resistance electrical pathways for PCB repairs and component grounding.

EMI/RFI Shielding: The adhesive's special formulation ensures effective EMI/RFI shielding in electronic enclosures with a performance of ≥ 90 dB (tested to MIL-DTL-83528C standard from 200 MHz to 18 GHz), preserving signal integrity and blocking electromagnetic interference.

Flexibility and Durability: The silicone rubber structure maintains flexibility across a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, suitable for harsh industrial conditions. Its hardness of 60 ± 5 Shore A and high elongation of 180% absorb stresses from thermal cycling and mechanical vibrations, ensuring the long-term integrity of the bond. The product also meets the UL 94 HB flammability rating.

Application and Curing Flexibility: The high-viscosity paste consistency allows for easy spreading and application. It achieves full performance by curing at Room Temperature (25°C) in 24 hours (25°C/24H).
