In high-power frequency converters, large amounts of electrical energy are converted, and even small efficiency losses generate significant waste heat. Most of this heat comes from the IGBT, concentrated during switching. As the switching frequency rises, so does the heat generated.

FEHONDA thermal grease can quickly fill micropores at the interface due to its excellent wettability. This greatly reduces interface thermal resistance and efficiently dissipates heat from the IGBT, extending the service life of the frequency converter and improving reliability. Thermal grease can be applied by spot brushing, regular brushing, screen printing, or other methods, making it easy to use.
